Nu is a wellness brand of 8th and Exchange Health, LLC ("Nu," "we," "us"). This policy covers our public contact website and communications program.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, inquiry, and communication preferences. Our website and form providers may also process technical information, including IP address, browser information, and submission timestamps. We retain records of consent and unsubscribe requests.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested services, manage communication preferences, maintain consent records, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing texts are sent only with separate marketing consent. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize marketing texts.

We use Vercel for website hosting, Hostinger for email, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact and communication management. Our form records your selected communication preferences and submission details. They and necessary messaging providers process information to provide these services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the text messaging service.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact hello@meetnu.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information, or to change preferences. We may retain records necessary to honor opt-outs, document consent, or meet legal obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service or ordinary text message is completely secure. Do not send sensitive medical information through this public form or SMS.

Medical information and minors

This contact form is not a patient intake system, medical record, or emergency service. It is intended for adults 18 and older. Clinical privacy notices and consent documents, where applicable, are provided separately in the care process. For an emergency, call 911.

Cookies and external services

Hosting and embedded form services may use technical storage or cookies needed to operate and secure the site. Links to other services are governed by their own policies.
