This website is operated by 8th and Exchange Health, LLC under the Nu brand. It provides general information and a way to contact our team. Submitting a form does not establish a clinician-patient relationship, reserve an appointment, guarantee treatment, or authorize payment.

Nu text messaging program

You may record your SMS preferences now. Text delivery will begin only after our messaging program is activated and only for the categories you select.

You may separately opt in to administrative texts (responses to your inquiries, appointment coordination, reminders, and account notices) and marketing texts (Nu service announcements, events, and offers). Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can contact us by email without consenting to SMS.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@meetnu.com / 706-434-8974. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in. Notify us if you give up or change your number.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on texts for urgent care or include private medical details in replies. Our privacy policy explains how we handle contact information and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the contact information you provide. Do not submit false information, spam, or information about another person without authority.
